Customized Meal Guide: $75/Guide

Make eating healthy the easier choice with recipes, that fit your life. I give you tools to prioritize your desired eating habits.

  • Complete Meal Planning Assessment Form.

  • Receive customized guide.

  • Take the time consuming, overwhelming, planning part out of the equation. I can do all that for you.

  • Enjoy the ease of putting healthy food on the table and/or in your bag on days that you’re on the go.

  • Each Meal Guide includes grocery list, nutritional information, recipes, & easy to follow step by step directions.

  • Guide options include *5-7 days of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks combo of your choice. OR *2 weeks of Dinner only.

  • Recipes included in every guide are personalized to your desires.

  • No limits to the preferred customization. Plant Based, Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, Anti-Inflammatory, Low Fodmap, Egg-Free, Nut-Free, Low-Glycemic, etc. Everything except the foods you just don’t like. CrockPot focused, Sunday prep focus, or Quick & Easy focus. You name it, I can customize it.

Nutrition support program: $500 for 4 weeks

(Group rates available for workplace wellness with or without coaching sessions)

Change the way you eat to align with how you want to feel. Time for action. Dive into the nitty gritty of making desired dietary changes a reality.

  • FREE Reach Out Session

  • All of what is offered in with the Customized Meal Guide plus the following.

  • 4 Coaching Sessions. Meet 1x/week. 50 min each.

  • 3 weeks of Customized Meal Guides to use during our 4 weeks together.

  • A chance to practice the lifestyle you want with support from me as your coach for 4 weeks.

  • At our first session we review your health history and schedule our next 3 times to meet. You share your desires and perceived barriers. Together we design your plan.

  • Focus is on the Nutrition aspect of Health.

  • Sessions available via internet, phone, or in person.

  • Depending on your desires it may include things such as shopping together, label reading, pantry/kitchen organization, individual/family cooking.

  • A personalized cookbook for use after your program concludes.

  • Access to me via email and phone throughout the program.

Do the unthinkable. Make changes that stick. Get the health outcome you’re looking for by picking up some new lenses to look through. I support you through the process of transforming to a healthier, happier version of self.

  • 1 Meal Guide included with purchase of 12 Sessions.

  • Recommend a minimum of 12 sessions (50 min each).

  • Paying per session is optional. The more you commit up front, the cheaper your rate is.

  • Ideally fluctuate between meeting one time every week or every other week.

  • Focus is on the Mind/Body Connection for improved long term results.

  • Discover what is priority for you to effectively and efficiently improve your health.

  • Identify habits that are no longer useful.
